The draconian 66A of the IT Act may be gone but that hasn't stopped the police from arresting people for their Facebook and social media posts. There have been a series of arrests and cases registered in the past few weeks mainly against those who have posted something about the new UP Chief Minister. Are arrests really necessary? Is the law being misused?
