Aishwarya: Provoked (Aired: March 2007)

'Provoked' is based on a true story of a young bride from Jalandhar, who moved to London and was subjected to domestic violence for a decade, till she was provoked to kill her husband in 1989. Playing the role of Kiranjit Ahluwalia 15 years after the trial that changed the course of British legal history is Aishwarya Rai who shot the film in just 35 days. Ahead of the release of 'Provoked', Aishwarya talks about the film and the experience of essaying a real life character.
