Winnie Byanyima, executive director at Oxfam International, which has just released a report that shows 8 billionaires control 50 per cent of global wealth, tells NDTV's Namrata Brar that the super-rich are part of the problem on inequity, and it is time for bold action which includes higher taxes and guaranteeing minimum wages. She says better data gleaned by Oxfam this year shows poverty levels in India is higher than previously imagined.
