Jammu and Kashmir is observing fourth anniversary of abrogation of article 370 which gave the former state special constitutional status. On this day, J&K was also stripped of its statehood and divided into two union territories. While the BJP is celebrating the day, regional parties in Kashmir observe August 5 as black day.
