The sequel of hit science fictionStar Trek has been named Star Trek Into Darkness.
The title of the JJ Abrams-directed movie, which is duefor release in May 2013, has been registered on variouswebsites, causing fans to believe it will be the title ofthe forthcoming follow-up, reported Contactmusic.
The second movie in the series sees all of the leadingcast of the 2009 film return, including Chris Pine, ZacharyQuinto, Karl Urban and Zoe Saldana.
New faces include British actor Benedict Cumberbatch andwriter-and-actor Noel Clarke.
"It was bigger. It was bolder, I think, than the firstone, and that was pretty big and bold from my stand point. I'mreally excited to see what they do with it," Quinto said.
