Chennai:
Tamil actor Dhanush is excited about doing comedy in his upcoming yet-to-be-tilted Tamil film with National Award winning director A Sargunam.
"Starting Sargunam's film from February 2nd week. It will be an out-and-out commercial entertainer. Can't wait to do some comedy!" Dhanush tweeted.
In his decade-long career, the actor attempted comedy in some sequences in Tamil films such as Padikathavan, Uthama Puthiran and Mappillai, but never did a full length comedy feature film.
The actor is currently busy shooting the final schedule of upcoming Hindi romantic-drama Raanjhnaa in Delhi and Benaras with Sonam Kapoor. The movie will release on June 28, 2013.
His Tamil project in the offing is Mariyaan.
