      • Performance of functions by the state as per applicable laws or ensuring national security, sovereignty, and integrity of India.
      • For fulfilling any obligation under any law.
      • For compliance with any judgment or decree or order issued under any law.
      • For taking measures to provide medical treatment or health services to any individual during an epidemic.
      • Responding to health and other emergencies.
      • Employment related processing.
      • Processing during disasters and breakdown of public order.

    Any changes to data processing purposes (mentioned in clause 4) will be communicated to individuals in advance.

    We will obtain verifiable parental consent prior to processing children's data as required under DPDP Act

    We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, profiling, or targeted advertising activities directed at children.

    If we become aware that personal data relating to a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

    You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, where such processing is based on consent. Once we receive your request for withdrawal, we will stop processing your personal data for the purposes for which consent was originally provided, unless such processing is required by law or for any legitimate purpose permitted.
