Padma Bhushan awardee Mahashay Dharmpal Gulati died of a cardiac arrest Dharmpal Gulati was born in Sialkot, now in Pakistan, in 1923 Mr Gulati moved to Delhi after the Partition with Rs 1,500 to his name.
