Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha announced the phased reopening of tourist spots. Several tourist areas, including Betab Valley and various gardens, will start reopening on June 17. Tourism in J&K had taken a hit after the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack.
