Taimur Baig, chief economist-India, global markets research, Deutsche Bank, says India is getting support from capital account measures and global waning demand. Therefore, one can be somewhat comfortable about the outlook of the rupee and the currency should be benefitting. He warns that equity market outlook and rupee outlook should be viewed separately, as macroeconomic concerns are still weighing on equities.
