The menu features royal delicacies from various parts of the island such as Kra-Toung-Tong (Golden Crispy Cup Filled with Sweet Corn and Mixed Vegetables), Koong- Salong (Deep Fried Prawns Wrapped With Noodles) and Por-Pia-Pla (Deep Fried Fish Spring Roll Serves with Plump Sauce). Savour some of the traditional soups such as Tom-Yam-Goong-Mapraw-Oni (Tom Yam Soup with Sea Prawns and Young Coconut) and Gang-Jurd-Tanggoa-Yadsai (Clear Soup with Chicken Stuffed in Cucumber, Soft Tofu, And Seaweed).
The festival will also showcase traditional deserts like Ruam-Mit-Tanyaperch (Mixed Grains And Fruits In Chilled Syrup And Crush Ice) , Bur-Loi-Sam-See (Three Colors Sticky Rice Dumpling In Coconut Milk And Young Coconut) and Ka-Nom-Mor-Gang (Roasted Mung Beans Cake In Coconut Milk And Brawn Sugar).
