In an attempt to tap into the massive talent pool in Kashmir, the USHA Silai Label set up a Garment design and production cluster in Srinagar. To select the best contenders, who would be part of the team to produce clothes for the Silai Label brand launched at Lakme Fashion Week 2018, USHA organised an assessment session in the tranquil premises of the Kashmir University.
