IAS officer Kannan Gopinathan quit his job last year after what centre's move to scrap Jammu and Kashmir's special status. He spoke to NDTV's Maya Sharma in Bengaluru on his response to the Supreme Court where he said that the freedom of expression also covered the right of access to the internet. "Self-censorship is the biggest threat we all face when it comes to freedom of expression," he said.
