The Lok Sabha was adjourned within four minutes today. Each minute of Parliament costs the taxpayer Rs. 29,000, Rs. 35 crores of taxpayers' money will be lost if Monsoon Session is washed out. Is it time to deduct salaries of MPs for each day lost? Is it time for no work, no pay for MPs?
