Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday launched the "Skill India" campaign, which aims ensuring that 24 lakh young people are trained by the end of this year and 40 crore by 2020. "This initiative is not merely to fill pockets but to bring a sense of self-confidence among the poor," PM Modi said.
