Residents within two miles of a US oil refinery were ordered to evacuate Friday after a fire broke out that sent huge plumes of black smoke into the sky. A tank containing naphtha caught fire around 7 am local time at the US' 3rd largest oil refinery located near the town of Garyville, Louisiana. The blaze continued smoldering till late Saturday.
