Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind of the Parliament smoke scare, surrendered to the Delhi Police yesterday, a day after four of his associates were arrested. The parliament, meanwhile, was disrupted for another day as the opposition parties demanded Home Minister Amit Shah to make a statement. A verbal duel ensued between the Trinamool and the BJP over a photo Lalit Jha with Trinamool MLA Tapas Roy.
