Summons issued to hawala kingpin

Police in Pune have issued a notice to Hassan Ali Khan to appear before the city's anti-extortion cell on March 12. He is in the centre of a hawal and tax evasion probe and he was last seen at a race course in Mumbai a few days ago - since then he is missing.
