SC to hear Sohrabuddin case

The Supreme Court will take up for hearing a bunch of petitions asking the court to take action against Modi for justifying the killing. One of the petitions filed by Sohrab's brother Rubabuddin Sheikh asks for an FIR to be filed against the Gujarat Chief Minister. Lyricist Javed Akhtar's petition seeks initiation of appropriate action against Modi for ''inciting people on communal lines'' during an election rally.
