The grand finale of Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra is set to begin with flag raising at the Congress office in Srinagar this morning. But heavy snowfall in Srinagar and several other parts of Jammu and Kashmir risks disruption of the closing ceremony. A mega rally is also planned as part of the event which is likely to be attended by a dozen of Opposition leaders.
