Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will begin his two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on Friday amid tight security. He is going there to inaugurate a hydel power station. By pressing a button, he will be commissioning the first unit of 450 megawatt Baglihar dam, built on the Chenab river flowing from Jammu and Kashmir into Pakistan.
