NDTV has obtained clinching evidence of Andaleeb Sehgal's involvement in oil deals between Indian parties and the former Iraqi government under the UN's oil-for-food programme. The Paul Volcker report has accused Sehgal, the Director of Hamdaan Exports, of paying kickbacks to the Saddam Hussein regime on behalf of the Congress party and its leader Natwar Singh.
