Nitin Gadkari Reviews Progress Of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari reviewed the progress of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Sohna, Gurugram. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was also present there. Union Minister Gadkari said, "I am happy that it's the world's largest expressway and a matter of pride for our country. With this Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, we will be able to reach Mumbai in about 12.5 hours." He also talked about the construction of Eastern Peripheral Highway. "The construction of Eastern Peripheral Highway by the Haryana Government is crucial to Delhi as it has diverted traffic from states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, relieving the National Capital from excessive pollution," he said.
