After months of evading the law, Orissa's top cop, BB Mohanty finally surrendered at a Jaipur court on Thursday. Mohanty was accused of helping son, Bitti, jump parole from the Jaipur jail. Bitti had gone missing last August, when the Jaipur court issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
