It's a very disturbing story which is coming in from Kota. In fact, a student there has been gang raped. Four people have been arrested in this regard by the police. The victim had alleged that she was called by the accused to their flat, where the main accused allegedly raped her and then the others in fact, part in the crime. This is a very, very disturbing story coming in from Kota. My colleague Hasha Kumar is joining us with more details on this Hasha Kota. We've been discussing it time and again for students under pressure committing suicide. Now this is another worry for the parents in fact, emanating from the city. Well, absolutely. You know, Children are just very, very vulnerable there and it's really, really a matter of concern. We've reported so often on quota. It is really a matter of concern that you have up to over a lack Children. There are some of them are as young as 1415 and 16. In this case, the victim was a minor. She was befriended on social media by the accused who are also coaching students. And then she was called to the flat and then this incident happened with her. It's absolutely horrifying. She went into depression and she did not talk about it. And you know when the counselling happened, because now, somewhere or the other, I think other students are sensitised to the fact that if a student is in depression, you need to do something about it. So you know this. When she was in depression, her friends took her to a counsellor, and that's when the entire story came out. Now the police have arrested the accused. They are majors. The victim is a minor. But you know, the Children are just so vulnerable. Quota and it completely is beyond comprehension. Why nobody is just doing anything about it. There are Children from all across India who are coming to study there. You have one child who's gone missing. They are still looking for him. They found his bag and his chapels. I still haven't discovered where he's gone. Just this week, a student committed suicide last year. There have been as many as 26 suicides. The year before, three students committed suicide in one day died by suicide. I beg your pardon in one day, and it's amazing I mean the coaching industry. There's a guideline, in fact, where it says that you know students who are too young, there should be a minimum age for coaching. I mean, it should be 16 or 17. There's a guideline on that. But the government has yet to pass any kind of an order to ensure that those Children are not there. So till an order doesn't come, they'll still keep filling them up into classrooms and just see how Children are just so vulnerable. They are not, really, you know, in an environment where they are safe and taken care of, that's very, very obvious now.
