As Congress trails in Madhya Pradesh, Congress leader Vivek Tankha seemed disappointed and told NDTV, "The votes are different from what we saw on the ground, the change that everyone was talking about, I can't see it in the votes. Public reactions are not in sync with the votes. We were expecting better results".
