The Kanniyakumari Constituency in Tamil Nadu comprises six assembly constituencies. The incumbent Congress MP, Vijay Vasanth, won the 2021 by-election held here following the death of his father and the then-sitting MP H Vasanthakumar. Mr Vasanth has been given another opportunity by the party to contest from this constituency in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
