Migrant labourers from different metropolitan cities are now returning to their native land to cast votes and be a part of the democratic process. To increase voter participation, the district administration in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur is trying its best to call the migrant labourers home. A call center with a 10-member team has been set up through which migrant laborers are being continuously contacted and urged to vote.
