Gopal Goyal Kanda, the former Haryana minister who is accused of abetting the suicide of 23-year-old former air hostess Geetika Sharma, has been arrested by the Delhi Police, but only after a night of much drama. Geetika's brother Ankit Sharma alleges that this delay would have given him enough time to destroy evidence against him.
