Justice A R Lakshmanan, a senior Supreme Court, judge broke down in court on Friday morning. Justice Lakshmanan along with Justice Altamas Kabir was set to hear a review petition seeking a stay on a CBI probe into the assets of UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and his family.
