US Vice President-elect Joseph Biden will be in Pakistan on Friday in an effort to defuse the tension between Pakistan and India after the Mumbai terror attacks. Biden will be accompanied by a high-level congressional delegation. He is likely to meet Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.
