The number of people getting vaccinated in the second phase of the drive against the coronavirus is yet to pick up in the northern states of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Chandigarh. But some people aged above 90 turned up for vaccination today. They have appealed to others to shun vaccine hesitancy.
