The BJP government talked about scrapping of Article 370 and National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Haryana, but is not in touch with the real issues on the ground - unemployment, farmer distress, women's problems and increasing crime graph, said Congress' Kumari Selja. "The Congress kept its feet on the ground, kept listening to the people and their problems. We are certain that people will now like to see a Congress government," Ms Selja told NDTV.
