Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, who is seeking a vote of confidence in the state assembly on Monday, met state Governor N N Vohra in Srinagar late on Sunday night fuelling speculation in political circles. The reason for the late night call was not clear. Azad was accompanied by state PCC President and Union Minister Saif-ud-din Soz.
