One person has died and another is critical after blast at the residence of Manipur Speaker and Congress leader I Hemochandra this evening. The Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was thrown at the Speaker's residence. He was, however, not home that time. Mr Hemochandra was in his constituency Shingjamei.
