Home Minster Amit Shah is on a two-day Maharashtra visit and will meet Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his deputies. Sources say the visit is also expected to resolve the difference between alliance partners over seat sharing in Vidarbha and Marathwada regions. Sources also said that the BJP wants a share of 30 seats in the state. The Congress Core Committee is also meeting and reports suggest they want to push for more seats in the state.
