The battle between the BJP and the Congress over the Rafale deal is worsening. A delegation of Congress leaders met the Central Vigilance Commissioner and asked him to probe what they claim is rampant corruption in the Rafale deal. Rahul Gandhi also launched another scathing attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying PM Modi must answer on why the price of the Rafale deal was not disclosed and how Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence got the Rafale contract. The BJP has dismissed the allegations, saying it's a conspiracy to weaken India.
