A day after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was heckled by Left activists in New Delhi, Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia dubbed the incident as "unfortunate", Speaking to NDTV, Mr Ahluwalia said that Ms Banerjee was very graceful about the entire episode, though, she did say that the "administration should have handled it better."
