Four faces were missing from a cabinet meeting called by Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday. While three gave reasons, the fourth, remained incommunicado till late in the evening. At least eight passengers on UK-India flights tested positive for coronavirus. Their samples will be tested for the new strain. Omar Abdullah said the people have given their opinion on the centre's move to scrap special status for Jammu and Kashmir.
