my fitness or health mantra is Listen to your body, Ken Jap or you could be exercise naked. You breakfast ka K you or then Jap jal about you, then my workout, Kew and I'm full of energy. So I think my fitness mantra is Just listen to your body. Do what feels right, and your body will always tell you what it means. I like to challenge myself. So, um uh, J give my ache exercise. What time can I get to my Boro J. So I like to usually switch it up. I love doing anything that is strength, but also flexibility. Uh, because I feel like a strength training of flexibility, your body may have a KJ. So I like to do something that's maybe like yoga callisthenics or something of that sort that incorporate both be strong inside
