As key routes of the national capital were inundated, Delhi's Urban Development Minister says vehicular movement has not been stopped and not even 1% of Delhi's roads have submerged. He adds that soon the inundated areas will get normal after the city witnessed unprecedented floods with the Yamuna river touching an all-time high.
