Delhi's Urban Development Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj says the Delhi government could not have predicted how much water will be pushed into the river, and that's the centre's job. He says that Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad are flooded while in Delhi, a few roads are inundated.
