Less than a month after it was announced, the grand makeover plan for the Mumbai airport has hit turbulence. A month-long survey by the Mumbai Office Of Land Records has shown that the airport authority does not own about half of the land on paper, which is a whopping 883 acres of the total 1875 acres.
