Speaking a day after the budget, Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani said that status-quo reforms are meaningless, and so we have to go through "disruptive" reforms that are radically different. He said education and healthcare are in crying need for radical reforms and the government must in these sectors embrace disciplined delivery systems.
