Rakhi was made to wear an empathy belly to have a first-hand experience of pregnancy. She felt the effects of pregnancy and was touched by the concern Elesh showed.

Reports suggest that Elesh took good care of her, hence the couple forgot that they were on camera and were caught lip-locking on screen.

Besides Rakhi and Elesh, the show has four other real life couples. First is Apoorva Agnihotri and Shilpa Suklani.

Next couple is the very young Mouni Roy and Gautam Chopra.
