Tourists have started returning to Pahalgam nearly two months after the terror attack. The April 22 attack killed 25 tourists and one local at the Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam. Hotels in Pahalgam have reduced tariffs by 30-60% due to a decline in summer tourist arrivals.
