A military tribunal comes out heavily against the Former Army Chief General VK Singh in the Sukna land scam and acquits the former 33 Corps Commander Lt General PK Rath of all wrongdoing. The tribunal says General VK Singh's actions were motivated and the loss of reputation for General Rath, if not compensated, was a travesty of justice.
