In an interview to NDTV, CMD of Modi group and Lalit Modi's father, KK Modi, confirms that Swaraj Kaushal has been on Indofil's retainer for many years. Breaking his silence on his son, he said that Lalit Modi should do everything required under law. He said Lalit has been meeting all legal requirements and replying to the Enforcement Directorate's questions.
