Sonia and Rahul Gandhi will have to appear before a court in the National Herald case. The Congress President today herself sought to make the issue political. She told NDTV, "I am daughter-in-law of Indira Gandhi, I am not scared of anybody." Rahul Gandhi called it a case of "political vendetta". The Government hit back asking how could a court order be called vendetta? There was ruckus in Parliament with both Houses repeatedly getting adjourned over the issue. On The Buck Stops Here, we debate: can the Congress justify stalling Parliament? And is this all an excuse to actually postpone the GST, as some in the BJP are alleging?
