Prominent Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas has been summoned by the Delhi Commission for Women or DCW on a complaint by a woman who says she is a volunteer of his party and wants him to clarify that she was not in an "illicit relationship" with him while campaigning for last year's national elections.
